Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling work for purchases made from Unnbug (UNNBUGIFY TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PVT LTD).

1. Scope

Applies to paid engagements, subscriptions, training, and consulting purchased directly from us via our website or invoice.

2. Eligibility

  • Digital/consulting services: Due to the nature of security services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or deliverables have been shared.
  • Advance/booking fees: Non‑refundable unless we are unable to deliver the service.
  • Training/workshops: Full refund if cancelled by us; if cancelled by the customer:
    • 15 days before start: 50% refund
    • < 7 days or no‑show: no refund

3. Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule consulting or training subject to resource availability. One reschedule per order is allowed without charge if requested ≥ 7 days in advance.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order/invoice number, purchase date, and reason. We may verify identity before processing.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days. The time to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment provider.

6. Mode of refund

Refunds are processed to the original payment method wherever possible. If not feasible, we may issue bank transfer or credit note.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may be contested with evidence of delivery.

8. Taxes & fees

Transaction fees, taxes, currency conversion, or international charges are non‑refundable unless required by law.
